A leading company in the tire manufacturing industry faced a significant challenge: the need to replace the membranes in their wheel production machinery more efficiently and safely.

Standard lifting solutions available on the market were not suitable for their specific needs, as they did not allow close enough access to the machinery, nor did they offer the functionalities required to optimize the process: their inability to reach the machinery with the necessary precision and the lack of additional features made the membrane replacement process complex and inefficient.

• Motorized mobile crane with telescopic arm and rotation: Ensured precise and effortless positioning of the mechanical arm near the machinery.
• Integrated worktable: It was not a simple support surface, but it has been designed with tool drawers and lined with heat- and oil-resistant material, offering a robust and functional workstation.
• Front turntable: Enabled easy access to the lower part of the membranes, simplifying servicing and maintenance operations.

In addition, we implemented advanced technical features to optimize operability, such as wireless remote control, which allowed the operator to manoeuvre the mechanical arm from a distance, staying close to the membrane while ensuring maximum safety and precision; and fast-charging batteries, which, considering the expected high usage, guaranteed constant availability of the equipment and minimized downtime.
