FLEX F1000DBL ERGONOMIC MOBILE LIFTER

The FLEX F1000DBL crane is a counterbalanced crane with a fixed column and electric traction that allows lifting loads of up to 1000 kg.

It is equipped with a double telescopic arm that allows it to reach an overhang of 2500 mm.

The Flex F1000DBL electric crane offers precise and safe control of all operations. The pivoting traction wheel and the fixed front wheels ensure optimal maneuverability even in tight spaces. The electric functions, adjustable in speed, allow the crane to be adapted to any load and situation.

The lifting, lowering, extension and retraction movements of the telescopic arm are operated and controlled with precision by the operator using simple levers. The speed of each movement is proportional to the action exerted on the lever, ensuring intuitive and precise control.

The integrated ballast system allows you to lift an overhanging load without having to install lateral stabilizers. It is therefore a universal mobile crane with unlimited possibilities of use and is ready for immediate use.

Thanks to its flexibility, the FLEX F1000DBL motorized crane allows you to easily reach and position any type of load, even in narrow or difficult-to-access spaces, such as machine tools, racks and assembly benches.

Safety features:

Dynamic load limiter that prevents overloads and potential accidents. It constantly monitors the load being lifted or moved and automatically limits the operation if the load exceeds the pre-set safety limit.

A blocking valve is automatically activated in the event of a break in the hydraulic system pipes, preventing the uncontrolled descent of the load.

The steering handle is equipped with a speed selector that allows you to adapt the vehicle speed to different operational needs. Two positions are available:

• Slow mode: limits the maximum speed to 1.5 km/h, ideal for precise maneuvers in narrow spaces and delicate handling of loads.
• Standard speed: allows a maximum speed of 3 km/h, suitable for travelling long distances in standard conditions

Standard equipment: sealed and maintenance-free AGM batteries, external battery charger, LED indicator light indicating correct operation and possible overload warning, emergency stop button. The FLEX F1000DBL crane is also equipped with a multifunction display that shows the charge level, battery voltage and operating hours.
