Our proposal included all the required features, integrated into a single high-performance system:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Motorized mobile crane with telescopic arm and rotation<\/strong>: Ensured precise and effortless positioning of the mechanical arm near the machinery.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Integrated worktable<\/strong>: It was not a simple support surface, but it has been designed with tool drawers and lined with heat- and oil-resistant material, offering a robust and functional workstation.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Front turntable<\/strong>: Enabled easy access to the lower part of the membranes, simplifying servicing and maintenance operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, we implemented advanced technical features to optimize operability, such as <strong>wireless remote control<\/strong>, which allowed the operator to manoeuvre the mechanical arm from a distance, staying close to the membrane while ensuring maximum safety and precision; and <strong>fast-charging batteries<\/strong>, which, considering the expected high usage, guaranteed constant availability of the equipment and minimized downtime.<\/p>\n<p>The delivered solution proved to be perfectly aligned with the needs of the tire manufacturing company.
